We highly recommend making warranty registration an integral part of your shopping journey. While we stand by our quality standards, there might occur a scenario when you are not satisfied with your purchase. Warranty registration will enable us to help you claim the warranty benefits you deserve.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We highly recommend keeping your purchase invoice safe for warranty registration and future claims. However, if you've lost it but still have your Promiss warranty card, we may be able to make an exception. Please contact our team with the card details.
You can register your mattresses or memory foam pillows for warranty within 20 days of purchase. After this period, warranty registration is no longer eligible.
