WARRANTY CLAIM
All the products purchased should be registered under warranty within 20 days of the delivery to claim warranty. Warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from authorized Promiss dealers, Promiss distributors/ Promiss website & authorized marketplace. The claim can be made only for the warranty registered products.
Warranty CoverageThis warranty covers the following defects from the date of purchase:
- Manufacturing Defects: Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
- Sagging or Indentations: Visible and lasting indentations greater than 1.5 inches for more than 5 inch thick mattresses and 1 inch up to 5 inch thick mattresses, not associated with the use of an improper or unsupportive foundation.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Including minor sagging, softening, or changes in the feel of the mattress over time which has no bearing on its performance
- Improper Use: Damage caused by using the mattress on an inappropriate foundation or bed frame, such as box springs or adjustable beds not designed for memory foam or hybrid mattresses.
- Physical Damage: Any damage due to burns, infestations, cuts, liquid spills, stains, or unsanitary conditions.
- Personal Comfort Preferences: Issues related to personal comfort preferences or mattress height.
- Damage from Relocation: Any damage incurred during moving or relocating the mattress.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or alterations made to the mattress without prior authorization from Promiss.
